3. Account Registration

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Ones & 2s reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Serial Number Transactions

When participating in serial number transactions:

  • Verification: All serial numbers must be verified through our verification process before listing.
  • Accuracy: Sellers must provide accurate information about their serial numbers and ownership status.
  • Binding Agreements: Accepted bids and completed transactions constitute binding agreements between parties.
  • Transfer Process: Serial number transfers are facilitated by Ones & 2s and must follow our established procedures.

5. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure includes:

  • Transaction fees for completed sales
  • Listing fees where applicable
  • Payment processing fees

All fees are disclosed before transactions are completed. Payments are processed through our secure payment system, and funds are released according to our payment schedule.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information about serial numbers
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or market manipulation
  • Circumvent our verification or security measures
  • Use automated systems to access or interact with our platform
  • Interfere with other users' access to the platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Ones & 2s platform, including its design, logos, content, and features, is owned by Ones & 2s and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to verify all serial numbers and facilitate secure transactions, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by users or the outcome of any transaction. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ones & 2s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
